Attention at the reception and coffee note 10!

Hotel simple, but everything works, even cement in the coffee with the basic but with great people! Room service with daily cleaning and towel change!
Excellent location! Parking with vacancies available! What I only noticed is that the wc is a little loose! I'd say you need a deeper cleaning!

It is the only hotel in Mirassol near the center, unfortunately lack investment!

Second time we stayed, very quiet reception, polite and attentive staff, room 507 in front of the church very good, however, the TV works badly, shower with tap washed with water fillet running day and night, I warned, however, continued! They could give an improvement by modernizing! Since the location is excellent and with parking!

Carnival

Hotel service is exceptional! My son traveled with a couple of friends and a friend and forgot a sweatshirt in the room. In addition to finding the sweatshirt, they also said they would send it by mail because we live in Santos! I would like to thank you for the excellent service during my son's stay, in addition to the kindness of the receptionist Rubens and the maid Maria Helena who provided exceptional service! These deserve recognition from the hotel! Thank you very much!
