The cleaning staff was amazing. The room was cleaned every day we stayed. The breakfast was ok. Some days the eggs were cold.

Hosting for participation in an event

Very good hotel.
Calm and quiet.
Nice and spacious room with TV and fridge bar.
Good location. Close to restaurants and other shops.
There is an urban bus terminal in front.
Breakfast simple, but very good.
Exceptional attention.
I thank Mr. Eduardo for being extremely attentive and polite.

Improve coffee service

Comfortable rooms, clean. Reception staff is friendly and helpful. Local bom. Simple breakfast. The two women who work in the kitchen and serve breakfast, are always with their face upset, keep watching people eat and are not even a little sympathetic. There was a day, we asked to have coffee 10 minutes earlier because we needed to pick up the Van for the Beto carrier at 7:30 at the shopping area that is about 20 minutes away from the hotel, and the coffee started being served at 7:00. They had no goodwill to help and still kept talking bad about us in the kitchen. I was on the reception couch and listened. It was pretty embarrassing. I saw other guests complaining about them as well.
