Good hotel, in the city center, great cost-effective, the lunch and dinner part could be better given the amount charged per meal.

Family Travel

We stayed for 1 day in the hotel (28 to 29 September), me, my husband and our daughter, 6 years old. The room is simple, but td very clean and comfortable. We stayed at 104, which had a balcony. The bathroom is in the oldest format and has no toilet shower (senti falta). The shower shower is wonderful!!
Parking is free, but very small. I don't know which rooms have the hotel, but I believe that if it's full and all the rooms have a car, not everyone fits.
The hotel is super close to the Old Basilica, so to get to the New Basilica (National Sanctuary) you can use the Passarela da Fé through the Recreio Gallery.
The evening we went to dinner at “Augusto Restaurant and Pizzeria”, it was super quiet.
The hotel breakfast is very good. They offer lunch and dinner tb, but we close the daily only with coffee.
The space where meals are served has a balcony with privileged views of the Sanctuary.
I recommend the hotel!

Caring attention

Great breakfast, a super nice terrace. Simple, clean and comfortable rooms. Be careful with the entrance to the garage, which is very narrow and the street is busy

Bad hosting

Old accommodations, small rooms, hygiene to your desire, extremely noisy. Officers without uniform at the reception. It's in the square of the old basilica. Lots of dirt in this place. It has a very beautiful view in the area of the restaurant. You can walk to the New Basilica by the pavement

I organized romania with 61 people. We stayed from 15 to 17/07/2025. The hotel has its good points plus also the points it needs to improve. Well located hotel, new bedding and bathroom, certain tight rooms and others even more spacious. Regarding meal on the first day left much to be desired, cold meals, after talking directly with Manager Vagner, there was a improvement, but you need to improve more, both coffee, lunch and dinner. My Romeros had to go up on foot to make the check in, and by arriving there not all rooms were available which caused me downtime with certain guests, having to have lunch first to then enter the aptos. When leaving the hotel, the same situation there was no transport to take the Romers to where the bus was parked, they took their bags and only 2 guests due to their mobility. Due to the rotation that the hotel has in accommodation, you should consider putting more vehicles to meet this demand. Hotel has a beautiful view to the Basilica in the rooms that makes the hotel background. The room division met my need. The cleanliness of the rooms also very good. Hotel must be going through transitions but to my point of view, they left in some points a lot to be desired in what was requested, requested and not fulfilled.
