Comfortable accommodation, friendly staff

I stayed there for two weeks. The room was comfortable, but it had no heat. The blankets were warm and cozy. Bottled water was provided as well as breakfast. The beautiful courtyards were a nice place to relax in the evenings. Laundry service was excellent. It was a convenient walk to lots of city attractions.

HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY

I've stayed only one night, because I've lost my flight to other city, the humidity on the beds are the worst part. All seems unclean and smells like humidity all around. the bathroom it's so unclean that I didn't want to take a shower on the next day, just sleep and run!!! Also the batteries of the TV control were useful and not working....

Dilapidated rooms

Stayed here as part of an intrepid tour. Nice on the outside, with a lovely sunny courtyard, but the rooms are old, dilapidated and freezing cold. Poor lighting and dodgy power points. Breakfast was poor and wifi intermittent. Location is great and security good, with a locked front gate and 24 hour reception.

Avoid

While the courtyard is not bad, the rooms are humid, old, peeled walls, and bad lighting. We changed our room after complaining but the staff didn't even offer a change. Watch out for the "free" breakfast. They charge for eggs! Find another hotel.

A quaint hotel in an old Spanish building

We stayed two nights in this hotel.
It was close to the centre of town and was quiet.
The ambience was great.
Breakfast was good and the bread and pastries were fresh.
Eggs were freshly cooked.
Wifi was good and drinking water was provided.
