Almost luxurious

The room was almost exactly like on the pictures. Huge rooms, huge bed. Also spacious, completely equipped bathroom. The breakfast was good. Also fresh pancakes and omelets. The service was exceptionally good and respectful. Maybe some minor language issues but nothing serious. Also very nicely located.

I don't know who and how qualified this hotel as a 4 star, in my opinion there and 3 can only be given with a great stretch. For some reason they refused to accept the full payment. Explained in a strange way - in case you have a force majeure. It could happen at any time. Or is it an attempt not to return the money? The room was on the 1st floor, thanks for that. On the plus side is the location, in the center, but in a quiet place. Breakfast was included. For some reason they last a very short time - from 8 to 10, although in other hotels in different cities and countries can and do start from 9 and last until 11 and even later. Descending into the basement via a spiral staircase, without two people meeting there separating. The range is not very varied. What was surprising - they asked you to boil the egg once, ended up somehow getting it in a bag, although it's a different way of cooking. And it was hot, unrefrigerated and certainly very poorly cleaned. To my question if there's mayonnaise, the answer was no, we don't have it at all. These chefs don't know that after cooking eggs should be refrigerated? And don't know the Soviet dish egg under mayonnaise? One of the cooks was wearing a long apron and two were wearing a short apron. And judging by the clothes, they both showed up on the street and never changed. I hope you washed your hands. The omelet was offered once - no taste, no salt, nothing. Reception works weird, too. On the first day, I went down at 10 p.m. to ask a question, the lights went out over the front desk, I had to ring a bell. They don't know here that the front desk is supposed to be open 24/7, that anything could happen at any time or questions arise? And in the days that followed, who was at the reception was under the impression that they were not coming to work, but to visit friends. 2 ponytail hairstyle, short short shorts. The same first day I went down to find out about a minibar that somehow wasn't in the room. I was told there was nothing left but borjomi. How is that even? The refrigerator in the room leaks, so it doesn't cool well. I had to call the front desk once, the TV hovered. There's no soundproofing in the room, you could hear them stomping on top. You can't get TV remotes out of bed. The cleaning is very strange - the carpet has never been vacuumed and the bathroom floor has never been washed. They saw woodlice on the floor. And they always came at completely different times to clean up. There's only 10 or 11 rooms, you can't do that at the same time? Not this morning, tomorrow night. And maids don't look like maids. No uniform, apron like a market girl. The towels were changed once in 10 days, even though their rules state that daily. So I have a very big question about how they were qualified. I recommend only if you don't care where to sleep, for 1-2 nights, no more.

Mixed Feelings

I stayed at this hotel for one night, since hotel prices were quite high at Minsk at the usual chains - it felt like the local currency was quite strong compared to their neighbors in the region.
It is on a narrow street, and does not feel like your usual hotels. Rather old looking building with thick walls (gets cold there, and very Russian).
Wi-fi was ok, room was huge!, with an equally humongous bed! As I said, it did not have the usual hotel feel, but it was comfortable enough for my one night stay.
I was quite excited when I saw tea/coffee in the room, but upon asking where the kettle was, I was pointed the water dispenser machine's hot compartment in the corridor. I prefer my tea water to be boiling, so that was a let down.
Overall, I was not disappointed. I would still look for an alternative when I visit Minsk next, but wouldn't have any issues to go back under similar circumstances.

Nice but not outstanding

I spent two nights this week in this hotel situated in central Minsk
The hotel is central to most of Minsk’s attractions and the reception and room are nice
My room was an executive double and was large , air conditioned and comfortable
My only complaints are that there isn’t a lift or bar at this venue and when I returned with my guest the only place to sit was the deserted breakfast cafe !
Two of the same rooms cost me £330 which is quite expensive for the hotels standards
The reception staff ranged for extremely helpful to slightly uninterested
