The two receptionists were incredibly welcoming and provided exceptional service throughout our stay. They made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. I would highly recommend staying here!

Disappointed

My husband and I frequently go here for our date night. This is the first time I have been really disappointed with my meal. I had the seafood plate and it was over cooked, the seafood was chewy and rubbery and coating was far too crunchy. The salad had been sitting for too long and salad leaves were soft and soggy and had about 4 small pieces of tomatoe that were tastless and flour texture. Really sad because normally I have a 4 star rating. I told the waitress and she was quite nonchalant about it. Hope next time we go, it is a positive experience, wont be in a hurry to return.

We only stayed one night, and we didn't have time to stay for breakfast, but reception staff were lovely, plenty of space for parking and everything was perfect. We hope to return in the future.
Thank you.
Lynne.

Lovely clean room, and reception staff were super friendly and helpful. Arriving in the dark while the area under construction a nightmare but I am aware this is no fault of the hotel itself. My meal in the restaurant on site was delicious and great atmosphere.
My room was clean and appeared recently renovated, nice and spacious and nice to have a desk to sit down to at the end of a busy work day. Only downside was all pillows in the room were the same style and height so did not sleep well as the pillows were all too high. Parking onsite easy and overall a pretty quiet place to stay given the amount of people coming and going. Would stay again.

Great service, clean rooms. Only negative is the heat of the indoor spa was far too cold
