Pullman Albert Park is impressive from the first moment there. The huge foyer, cafe, bar and restaurant were all top quality, and the concierge and other staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. My room was spacious and restful with lovely decor. We will be staying there again!

Unresponsive, arrogant, customer service. Beware!

Unresponsive, arrogant, customer service. If you dispute charges, the receptions will tell they can't do anything. They will tell you they will contact you but only to inform you that there will be no change to the charges.

Things overall were ok though the room was bland and felt lifeless. I had a suite and the sitting area could not have been less inviting, really a poor use of the space. The TV was clunky and felt old with no options i could find to use streaming services, when i could get the TV remote to work.

Never again

We booked the Pullman Albert Park because it was close by to where my son lives.
Very disapointing , we booked a premier king room with a view of the lake but we really couldnt see very much as we were looking at the pavilion opposite .
The room was very basic , very dusty and the TV didnt work but thankfully this was rectified. There were no wine glasses or cutlery only 2 small coffee cups .
Our room was not cleaned on the first day , dirty cups still there, on the 2nd day we arrived back in our room at around 3.45pm only to find it had not been cleaned. I went to reception and was advised they were short staffed and had a lot of rooms departing that day !! However this is not our problem and for a large hotel group this is really not good service.
We also were shocked that they charge $38 per person for the buffet breakfast which is quite expensive .
Overall our experience has shown we will not be returning to this hotel.
We also found dirty old toenails on the floor ....disgusting
