The staff at the hotel were polite.
The room had everything that I needed.
But the room was cramped. I slept on the side of the bed next to the sofa. It had an extra cover, as the cushions underneath were stained. This cover was left unfixed, so the strings were left hanging by the sofa.
When I was getting out of bed, because this sofa cover was not fixed, I sometimes trips over the dangling ends. Especially as there was only a small amount of room between the bed and the sofa. About 8 inches.

Unclean

We weren’t provided the twin room we booked, instead were given a queen room. Upon arrival there were underwear hanging on the back of the bathroom door. And the bed had hair in it. We sourced other Accomm for the one night we were intending to stay. For a refund the owner said we would have to go through the third party booking agent.
