An excellent hotel and restaurant.

It is the second time we have gone to the Prisma hotel and we are delighted with both the hotel facilities and the service, but above all with the restaurant and, in particular, with its maitre d', Sergio. Sergio is an excellent professional and a charming person. He made us feel at home and took care of us with great care. I have to say a 10 for the chef and for Sergio. Whenever we go to Andorra, we will return and we will always take half board, since they have a luxury restaurant, truly.

Not a 4 star hotel

Pros: Good location, good breakfast
Cons: Room unfortunately but with some Mengel. Dust in the room and mold in the bathroom. Door in bathroom is worn, wall in bathroom not completely painted. Breakfast is very Spartan. Small selection of dishes.

Experience of 10.
From the attention at reception when we arrived we were delivered the room early, also the attention of the cleaning girl who was on the 3rd floor next to our room and resolved a doubt we had, to the large, comfortable and cozy room. Everything was perfect. We absolutely recommend it.

Hotel recommended.

Centrally located hotel. We booked a deluxe quadruple room for one night.
Good value for money. Friendly staff. Just a small drawback, private parking costs 25€ a night.

Perfect location

Good choice value for money. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is located parallel to the main street.
The room is very spacious and comfortable.
There is a choice of restaurant at the hotel, but around the hotel there is a wide variety of bars and restaurants so you do not have to be tied to a schedule. The hotel has parking under reservation, 22€ per day, but some of the spaces are very fair depending on the size of the vehicle. It is advisable to look for parking for your stay, either in the hotel or outside.
The staff is quite resolute.
