Paris Orly Airport is an international public airport located in Orly and Villeneuve-le-Roi in France. It is operated by Aeroports de Paris, together with the bigger Roissy Airport that also serves the city of Paris. Orly Airport is a secondary hub for domestic and overseas territories flights of Air France, and is the home base for Transavia France. Prior to the establishment of Roissy (Charles de Gaulle) Airport, Orly Airport was the main airport of Paris. It still remains as one of the busiest airports in the country though, even with the shift of most international traffic to the CDG. Orly also maintains its place as the busiest French airport for domestic traffic, and the second busiest in terms of overall passenger traffic. Most flights through Orly Airport are domestic services that strengthen transportation in mainland France.

Currently, Orly Airport has two separate passenger terminal buildings, Terminal Sud or South Terminal, and Terminal Ouest or West Terminal. Terminal Sud is a brick-style southern terminal building that is made up of six floors. Terminal Ouest meanwhile features a two-floor building, with four “fingers” rather than a brick-style layout. Both terminals serve international and domestic services.
