Unhygienic stay and poor service

We stayed here in February 2026 and had a very disappointing experience. The blankets and towels were filthy, with noticeable brownish stains—completely unacceptable. Breakfast was equally dreadful and well below standard.
To make matters worse, the power points came loose when plugging in phone chargers, creating a genuinely dangerous situation.
When we raised these concerns, the manager responded poorly, accusing us of damaging the property. They appeared visibly upset and dismissive, rather than addressing the issues in a professional manner.
In hindsight, we regret not reading previous reviews before booking; the low ranking of this property (20 out of 24) in Piriápolis is, unfortunately, well deserved.
Overall, this was a very unpleasant and concerning stay, and we will not be returning.

Potential scam — Best avoided!!!

This property raises serious concerns and may represent a potential scam. After I made a reservation via Booking.com, they obtained my WhatsApp number and began requesting sensitive credit card details— including the security code—both via WhatsApp and through the platform’s messaging system. This is entirely inappropriate and unsafe.
Customer service was very poor, with unprofessional communication and inappropriate treatment of guests. The management appeared disorganised and did not inspire confidence; they were unable to locate my booking despite it being confirmed through Booking.com with a valid reservation number and PIN. It also seemed they were attempting to move the transaction off-platform, possibly to avoid commission.
I strongly recommend exercising caution and avoiding this property. There is a genuine risk of fraud.

Don't go. Read the comments of others.

Unfortunately, the experience of the treatment received by the manager has been the worst. The inexperience, the distraction, the improperness and the negligence, were proverbial.

Easily the worst hotel experience I have had — and I travel a lot.

We made our reservation via Booking.com, booking a quadruple room (USD 90) and a double room (USD 80). Soon after confirming, we received a WhatsApp message from the property (Analuz). Although our contact details are shared through the platform, we had not provided them directly for messaging. They asked us to either transfer money or send full credit card details, including the security code, to “guarantee” the booking — despite the fact that we already had a confirmed reservation with a valid booking number and PIN.
This immediately raised concerns, as it goes against Booking.com’s own safety advice. When I requested cancellation, they reassured us that prepayment was not required and that we could simply arrive and pay at the property. They also mentioned in advance that basic amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, and pool towels were not provided, which already did not match the impression given online.
When we arrived, our booking could not be found. Even though we had the confirmation details and WhatsApp messages, staff were unwilling to verify them and instead asked us to make a completely new reservation on the spot. We booked what we believed were equivalent rooms (one for three people and one for one person), assuming this reflected our original booking.
Communication at reception was poor. When we asked about the difference between upstairs and downstairs rooms, we were told, “one is upstairs, one is downstairs,” with no further explanation — which honestly made us laugh briefly, although this was clearly not appreciated. We chose a downstairs room as there is no lift. Breakfast times were also inconsistent: first 9:00–9:45, then 8:00–8:45 when we asked for an earlier option, and finally 8:00–10:00 after another staff member intervened.
Once we saw the room, it became clear that the “quadruple” option was in fact a triple room with only two beds. When I raised this, the manager came over and immediately claimed she “knew everything by memory.” She repeatedly interrupted, focused on explaining the difference between room types, and accused me of raising my voice when I was speaking calmly. She insisted we needed to pay extra, initially dismissing the agreed USD 90 rate until I was able to reconnect to the internet and show the original confirmation.
Even then, the conversation remained unproductive. Instead of resolving the issue, she continued in a patronising and condescending manner, focusing on definitions rather than the simple fact that we had booked accommodation for three people and were given insufficient bedding.
At that point, we decided to leave and request a refund. The process was disorganised, with staff struggling to manage it. During this interaction, the manager called us “loud,” “difficult,” “chicken,” and other inappropriate terms in front of junior staff — completely unacceptable behaviour.
It is not surprising that the property appeared empty and has poor reviews.
We moved to a nearby beachfront hotel just around the corner, which turned out to be far superior — better rooms, better value, breakfast from 8:00 to 10:30, proper amenities (including pool towels and toiletries), and genuinely friendly, professional staff.
IN SUMMARY, THIS PROPERTY IS MISLEADING, BADLY MANAGED, AND HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND STAYING ELSEWHERE.
