The hotel was as described! It was clean, the amenities were all in good working order and the staff was pleasant and attentive. We will definitely be staying at this hotel when we’re in Tulsa from now on!

The rooms stunk , they smelt like cigarettes and ashes , the hot tub smelt like piss , the pool kinda looked a little dirty , the staff was great though , the food NASTY , the beds had stains, the tub was a little broken , we had to switch rooms twice because either it stunk , it was dirty , or smth didnt work right but anyways great staff members they js need to work on the cleaning… ( nice lobby just don’t go no further..) OH AND ALSO THERE WAS A ROACH IN OUR ROOM..!!

Dated and in need of a remodel. However the 24/7 staffing was helpful and the hotel was clean enough. Great free breakfast with real eggs!

The only thing good about this place is that at least the bed was comfortable for the most part. They "claim" they have a free airport shuttle, which was one of the main factors that led me to book here. When I arrived to TUL airport and didn't see the shuttle at the airport, I called the hotel to inquire about it. I was told it was out of service. So I ended up having to pay for and Uber to the hotel. When I got to the hotel and checked in I inquired about the shuttle to see when it was expected to be back in service. I wss hoping to be able to ise it as I had an early morning departure out of TUL. The next morning. They told me that they can arrange a shuttle, but it has to be arranged at least 24 hours before. No where in the reservation process did it state this. It clearly states airport shuttle. So, I paid $75 for the room for the night. Along with an addtional $50 uber rates. The room itself was run dow /worn out feeling, was muggy, and the ac barely worked. It s i never really got cool. For the $125 I ended up spending, I could've stayed in a way nicer chain hotel with an actual airport shuttle.
