Family holiday!
Brilliant holiday, location, accommodation and staff were all amazing and we couldn’t have asked for more! Each cottage had everything you needed and was immaculate. The children loved the facilities, especially the pool. It was perfect to come back to after a day exploring stunning Cornwall. As a large family group we all enjoyed staying at The Valley. Something for everyone….would love to visit again! Thanks for helping us to make the most magical family memories!!

Wonderful family holiday
We booked three cottages for a family get-together. The location was perfect - close to beaches and attractions but with plenty to do on-site for a relaxed holiday without the crowds. The swimming pools were really popular with the kids - often they had them to themselves whilst we sat on the loungers or tables with a drink from the bar. They also enjoyed the tennis court and the games room and the walks up throgh the paths to the dog walking field (taking two small dogs was easy - there were goodies on arrival for both dogs and their owners!).
Clean, bright, spacious accommodation, friendly staff, lots of thoughtful little touches, plenty of space, made this an ideal place to come for a week away.

Excellent holiday once again
July 2026 was my third stay at in a cottage at The Valley. I came twice in 2025 and then again in 2026. For the last two holidays I was joined by my family of 3 generations plus two little dogs. We have enjoyed The Valley so much that the family is already wanting to book for 2027 to make this an annual event! The atmosphere is friendly, our cottage comfortable and clean. Dogs are made very welcome. The Valley is situated in a quiet location between Truro and Falmouth, therefore handy for the north and south coasts of Cornwall. We have been very happy with the service and the amenities available. All in all good value for money - otherwise we would not have come back!

The Valley no.16
We stayed at No.16 at The Valley. My family, wife, two daughters and dog Tilly had a wonderful time. The cottage was perfect. After long days at the beach we made full use of the relaxing hot tub.
The beaches and family activities were all incredible in Cornwall. When you’re lucky enough to get the weather as we were, for family holidays it beat our abroad holidays for sure.
We met Bill the owner and he made sure our stay was 10/10. He also very kindly came over to Newquay to meet us once we had left and dropped us off some belongings we had unfortunately left behind.
We’ll definitely being going again !!
