Wonderful hotel in Arcadia

We have been coming to the hotel for 3 years!
Everything is good!
Wonderful location, clean spacious rooms, attentive staff, was the time when there was no light - the generator was working!
I recommend it!

Not recommended hotel

Didn't like this hotel.
We booked a room at this hotel a week before departure. All was well, even paid in advance to confirm their entry.
It's arrival day. The website says check-in time is 12:00, but upon arrival at the specified time, the staff told us the check-in time is 2:00. Unfortunately, upon returning to the hotel at 2:00 p.m., the staff said the settlement was already at 3:00 p.m.
From that moment on, we couldn't stand it, because we drove here about six hours.
As a result, we refused to be housed and had difficulty returning the advance payment (although there was a rude tone on the part of the staff at the time).
Anyway, the start of the vacation was totally ruined.

Bad experience, I don’t recommend

I had an unpleasant situation, the bar in the room had expired, at which I became intoxicated and vomited all night. telling the staff the problem, by which they answered me very ugly and aggressively, but not trying to solve the problem. I do not recommend
