Fabulous hotel

We stayed at this hotel for one night while travelling back to London. It's a fabulous hotel with excellent service throughout our stay.
The reception staff were particularly outstanding - friendly, welcoming and happy to recommend places to visit during our time there, which we really appreciated. Our room was extremely comfortable, and we had a fantastic night's sleep.
The room service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would like to return in the future.

Our stay was lovely. The hotel is very convenient. We wanted to especially thank Bruno for spending so much time finding us a wonderful restaurant last minute on a Saturday night 😊

Very nice hotel

Really amazing modern hotel near to the historic centre of the city. Receptionists very kind, so the persons at the bar and restaurant. Very cream rooms, equipe d with everything you need. Great experience, I suggest to book it

Comfortable

We only stayed here for one night on our way home to Denmark. The location is not far from city centre. The room was a good size. Service was friendly. Due to our very early departure, they were kind enough to organise take out breakfast box with drinks and fruits for us. Very much appreciated that. Would definitely stay here again when in Basel.

Just a one night stay, no breakfast, but all was fine. 6th floor room with balcony but the view wasn't very scenic.
