Nice place for camping.

We were camping with the tent for one night. The owner was really nice and helpful. The toilets/showers were good. Next to a Lake where one could swim. Also there was nice barbecue area. Recycling was also possible.

Cosy and price worthy camping

Very nice, affordable camping a 50 minutes drive north from Gällivare (with shopping, restaurants, groceries etc.).
We stayed in what they call a big cabin on their booking. It was very spacious and with private bathroom. A bunkbed, two single beds, kitchenette, a table with 4 chairs, tv, refrigerator with a freezer compartment. If you want you can rent the other room as well, for a small amount, with the same amenities. So the cabin in total has beds for a total of 8 persons. We only rented one room and the bathroom. You do not have to share the cabin with another family even if you only rent one room and the bathroom. :) We had cabin nr. 11.
The cabin comes with linen and towels, so the beds were ready when we arrived! :) And the cabin was very clean!! A very big plus was that at arrival, you just have to get rid of the garbage and take of the linen. No cleaning.
Beautiful surroundings. Not the newest camping, but they renovate and it was cosy and very clean and cosy. Very friendly hosts!

Arrived at Kiruna airport, jumped in the rental car and took off to camping (drive by supermarket visit). Arrived at 20:00 at the camping where our cabin was already warm and cosy. Enjoyed the nice scenery the next day, walked on the lake and had some fun in the snow. When you want to relax, go there. When you want excitement.. don’t go

Sympathetic little place

We decided to stay in Piilijärvi when we found out that they had a cheap cottage available. Piilijärvi camping was very sympathetic. We got a friendly greeting and good instructions. The common kitchen was cute and our cottage was cute. I think Piilijärvi is good for anyone who is looking for piece, good price and nice atmosphere.

Mökkivaraus onnistui helposti netin kautta.
Siistit majoitustilat ja mökkiyö edullinen.
Sauna ja uiminen onnistuu, sauna oli tosin varattu koko illaksi. Vuodevaatteet maksoivat erikseen, mutta kokonaishinta ei tästäkään huolimatta päätä huimannut.
Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta.
