Best of the best!!
Better impossible!! Very good service by Carla Chema , Erzanda... spectacular breakfast!! And the very careful letter!! Where dogs are welcome!!

Very beautiful but...
The hotel is very beautiful, well-decorated, clean, the breakfast is spectacular, the service is outstanding... but the room does not have air conditioning and it was very hot; if you open the window, there are mosquitoes, and they are not well insulated. To make matters worse, there was a wedding at night, and between the music and the drinks, I could not sleep... a very beautiful hotel, but they need to solve this issue.

Disappointing
Bad experience, except for Carla and the rest of the staff who did what they could. We made a two room reservation for three days more than a month in advance and upon arrival we are told that we only have one room booked, that the other had been cancelled. To the question of who made the cancellation we received no answer: website crash? not known. We showed our reservation with all their details and they kept insisting that one of the rooms was cancelled, but at no time they showed us a document proving it. We were offered to send one of the two couples to another hotel, but we did not accept it. Finally they did a rigging and housed us but only for two days. The third night we were proposed to move to another hotel in Viveiro, the Hotel Las Srirenas, but we did not want to do it (if Pazo da Trave is rated by Booking with 9.2 and this was happening to us, how could we go to another hotel rated with 7.3?. We finally decided to shorten our stay and left a day ahead of schedule. Ah! And they made us a 2 euro per night discount for the inconvenience!!!

Respecto a lo sucedido, hemos llevado a cabo una revisión interna para determinar sus causas. Una secuencia de hechos, como es el error en la dirección del correo con el se llevó a cabo la reserva no detectada por nuestro sistema de gestión, es la causa principal, que no volverá a ocurrir.
Queremos reafirmarle que todo el equipo, desde la dirección hasta cada colaborador, trabaja con la máxima dedicación para ofrecer un servicio excepcional. Prueba de ello es la altísima puntuación que Pazo da Trave tiene en todas las plataformas de valoración.

This is a hidden jewel…. Is a retreat from all the fuzz and buzz of a city, there are even horses passing by the hotel. For us, it was Carla who made it the more special, she was very attentive to every need we had.
