This place was great other than their ridiculous elevator! The one on the right side stops at the second floor every single time, up or down, causing huge disruption around check out, but just generally annoying the rest if the time. Other than that it it’s a good set up, pretty well maintained, bigger hotel rooms, in a great neighborhood

Have a great stay!
Nice hotel in a good location. The family room is very spacious with a good bed and sofa bed. Nice and attentive reception. Parking garage is a challenge with exit/parking, very tight. There are charging options. (during our stay it needed to be repaired). Reception staff are very helpful.

Onze parkeermogelijkheden zijn beperkt in omvang, en wij begrijpen dat dit met grotere auto's lastig kan zijn. En het is inderdaad mogelijk om gebruik te maken van onze laadfaciliteiten die ondertussen weer gerepareerd zijn.
Tot slot vinden we het fijn dat onze centrale ligging in Ruzafa u heeft laten genieten van Valencia’s levendige karakter. De combinatie van comfort en bereikbaarheid maakt ons altijd trots.
Het was een plezier u te mogen ontvangen en graag tot een volgend bezoek.

A horrible experience
The Air-Conditioning in the room was horrible. The front desk said it was against the law in Spain to lower it anymore, we were barely to sleep for 11 nights and complained daily about it, they would fix it for two hours, and then it would shut off in the middle the night. The furniture is from the 70s very old and the gym is archaic, literally four weights in the gym and it’s over 90° in there, they don’t provide water in the gym or a towel, filthy equipment. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else, not sure how they got a four star rating.

The hotel was well maintained, the staff was polite. There are snacks available. Would enjoy a coffee bar option during down time, outside of breakfast or lunch.
