Oberbooking

They canceled the reservation after six months already booked, they told me that they doubled the reservations and had overbooking, unfortunately management, not trust

They charged us double and do not refund the money! Scammers!!

We booked from 28 to 29 December. When I checked in online on the 27th I was deducted from the card the amount of the room. Already being in the hotel on the 28th I see that they have discounted the amount of the room. I went to the reception and they argued that I was responsible Booking. After weeks claiming the hotel and Booking, the hotel recognized that it is a flaw in the system itself but today, 1 month after our stay, we still have not been refunded! They make an amount of excuses, but they don't refund what they got double. THIS HOTEL IS NOT TO RECOMMEND!!!!

DISMAL ATTENTION

NOT ADVISABLE
The very ill educated receptionist ... first and last time we go ........ for the attention at reception would have already caught me and gone to another hotel but it turns out it was very late and we were tired we were left with no choice.
I would tell the hotel owner that manners before the guests must be paramount.

Reservation made several months in advance cancelled without notice.

We booked a room for 3 nights 10 months in advance to attend the Formula One championship. The week before the booking date I called to confirm that everything was correct and was told that they had had a computer problem that had continued to make reservations so that they had overbooking. That until the day before my call they had entered reservations and that curiously enough instead of keeping the old ones and eliminating the last ones, they could do nothing.
One week from the arrival date without reservation and without prior notice (if I do not think to call or find out).
Thanks to the booking I made through booking and they responded impeccably. We were found a nearby accommodation and paid the difference of the reservation.
