Immaculate.

Immaculate hotel with secure underground parking, ideal for motorbikes. 10 minute walk to beach. Big, clean rooms. Fabulous food and breakfast. Great staff.

Cozy hotel

Cozy hotel, very comfortable in a beautiful town. The rooms have a kitchen and a small living room. What I didn't like is that being on the ground floor I couldn't open the window, since people pass by. The breakfast is decent, there is everything although little variety.

What a terrible hotel; the food is awful. The food for celiacs is terrible. The rooms are dirty, and on top of that, when you ask for fries, they give you frozen ones. I will not go back and do not recommend it; it's a rip-off.

Terrible customer service

We cut our holiday short. We searched on booking.com for an air conditioned room with room service, both were really important to us because we have a 1 year old. We ended up booking an apartment at this hotel, the apartments do not have air con or room service, but booking.com does not filter these out. When we brought up these issues with the manager initially he dealt with it well, but he ended up shouting in my face, interrupting my wife as she tried to explain the situation and just walking away from us when we tried to speak with him. We no longer felt comfortable staying at this location after the aggression from the manager, he really should not be working in customer service full stop, never mind at a 4 star hotel. So if you have no problems during your stay I am sure this is an okay place to stay, but if you have any issues, good luck! The staff have clearly not had the training they need to deal with problems in a respectful and non confrontational manner. Breakfast was also terrible quality.
