Buena Sorpresa

Muy buena relación calidad precio, esta en una excelente ubicación, cerca de bares y de estaciones de metro y un supermercado 24 horas. El único contra es que la habitación y el baño son chicos, pero funcionales, todo el lugar muy limpio. Tiene una cocineta para todos los huéspedes, en caso de que no se quiera salir a comer. El personal muy amable y dedicado. Por precio es una excelente opción, y seguramente regresare.
Como consejo hay que avisa la hora de llegada y hay que procurara llegar a esa hora.

i was happy to leave this hostel where the rules are invented every day. everyone who works there abelino jon alejandra mari martin should understand that without customers they will not have a salary or this place will not exist. they don´t have customer service skills they do not understand that respect for customers is vital because he pays the salary.
in my price i pay for the shower but i cannot use it when i wake up and i do not have another option then to urinate in another room or to urinate in the street i pay for the light but i cannot use it . alejandra and abelino are shouting at me like i am their child disrespecting customers. this is disrespectful and shows the lack of customer service skills . receptionist don´t speak english you have to sleep at midnight and you can not use the light in your room .the owner is changing rules and inventing rules that are not even written .

Hostel located near to Madrid central

The hostel location is good.
Beds aren't comfy.
The toilet bathroom is just transparent with no doors.
Just 2 toilet for all.
Not recommend but ok for a day.
Free breakfast available
Staff are ok.

Céntrico y económico en Madrid

Estuve un fin de semana y la experiencia fue bastante buena. Las habitaciones son privadas (por tema COVID no se comparten) y estan muy limpias. Baño recién reformado y completo. El Hostel está en una zona muy céntrica, con transporte público y parking justo al lado.

Estadía corta

Llegué un domingo por la tarde, muy buena atención por parte del personal en los días que duro mi descanso en Madrid. Me orientaron y me ayudaron en todo. A unas cuadras nomas de la estación de metro.
