Great location and great value for money

I never stayed in a Hostel before and I didn’t know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The staff is very nice and the place is very clean. Just 50 m from the Subway station and plenty of good pubs and restaurants.
The bed is very comfortable. We would totally stay here again.

Great value for money, clean rooms

It was very clean and tidy, clean bathrooms clean beds, just enough, great location few meters away from the metro station Anton Martin. Free WiFi and tv. All you need for few days in Madrid. The only problem was that the host lady knew only spanish but we understood each other.

Clean cheap and well located

We stayed for 3 nights and found the place very clean and good value for money. The location was very good and the owners welcoming. The shower amd beds were very good compared to similar low budget places we stayed at in spain. The only downside of the location was the noise - you could hear the refuse collectors outside in the middle of the night and the walls were a bit thin. Perhaps request a room facing away from the street if noise is an issue. Also we had to buzz ourselves back in every time we left the apartment. We were always buzzed back in promptly, but felt bad for disturbing the owners!

Great location, excellent value for clean and comfortable rooms

I stayed here for both business and personal travel in June/July 2016, and would easily stay here again. The rooms are impeccably clean, have a/c and decent wi-fi, and are a 10 minute walk from many of the main sights in Madrid. The couple who run the place are very friendly and accommodating, I left luggage here for a week, and arrived before check-in time with no problems. Some rooms are small, and there can be some street noise at night if you get a room on the street, but you can request a room on away from the street if you are sensitive to noise. They are usually right next to a metro stop, but be aware that line 1 is down until November 2016, so it's easiest to walk from the Atocha train station or the Sol metro station, about a 10 minute walk. When you find Calle Leon 29, the hostel is on the 2nd floor, so look up for the sign - it's not right on eye level so it's easy to miss!

Sehr nette Unterkunft

Sehr nette Unterkunft in super Lage!
Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer mit Bad sind ausreichend groß und sehr sauber. Zudem wird jeden Tag gereinigt.
Die Lage ist ebenfalls toll und sehr zentral. Zu Fuß lässt sich alles gut erreichen.
