Stayed at this hotel as attending a concert. Location good for concert. Rooms are a little dated however clean. Check in was so busy and with only 2 serving it took a long time

We liked the stay. It had a great breakfast and an amazingly clean pool. The complex was a bit noisy with groups of kids (soccer teams, etc) Our main complaint was that the kitchen had no soap, towels, pots, pans etc. It only had 3 cups, 3 plates, 3 bowls and 3 sets of silverware. We had planned to cook meals in, but it was not possible. It did have a laundry room, but it only had one washer and dryer for the full complex. It was close to a big mall and fairly convenient to get to the metro or buses.

Thé appartement is clean . Great staff . This place its a good place . Thé pool is very nice . I want go back thé Compostela suite .

Perfect, we had excellent moments.

We stayed from June 19 to June 26, this is the sixth time we have stayed there overall, the reception staff Ino and Valéria are professional and do everything to help you, the first night it was impossible to sleep because there was a school, after contacting Valéria she moved us to another room at the end of the hallway on the 4th floor and there was no more noise!
The young man of color, Ino I believe his name is, treated us like family and resolved all our doubts, regarding the pool, it was clean and the lifeguard, Manuel, was very professional, open, and friendly for his young age.
The room was fully equipped, microwave, glass cooktop, washing machine, and fridge, nothing to complain about, the only remark is that the cleanliness was sometimes done halfway.
For the rest, everything is great.
I highly recommend asking for blocks 2 or 3; they are the quietest.

FULL OF COCKROACHES. UNPLEASANT STAFF

A nightmare. We stayed the night of June 18th. The rooms had cockroaches. Some on the terrace, but others were coming out from everywhere in the bathroom. Using the spray provided by the hotel. It is unacceptable for this to happen in a 3-star hotel in Madrid. And to top it off, the gentleman at the reception was unprofessional. The 13-year-old son of my friends, who is diabetic, was denied the ability to store the cold pack for keeping insulin in the hotel refrigerator. This is not the first comment I have read in this regard, so it must not be an isolated incident. That person should not be working in customer service. I completely discourage this hotel
