Vibrant Neighborhood

Stayed at the beginning and end of our summer trip to Spain at the 7 Islas Hotel. We chose it for its location and it did not disappoint. The neighborhood was vibrant and just off the Gran Via and its excellent shopping. Breakfast was a highlight as well.

Superb hotel centrally in Chueca

Very clean and neat. Helpful staff. Central location, right by Gran Via (shopping street). Daily store right next door. Got a bathtub on it, could use it in addition to a shower. Good breakfast. Nice bar

Quite an unusual hotel

Good location, close to metro station. Hotel has lifts. The walls of the corridor are painted red which give a creepy feeling. We stayed on 3rd floor. The lift lobby was quite dark. The room was of decent size, no complaint. The hotel lobby has some pictures of gay couples. The staff were very friendly.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for highlighting our convenient location and the friendliness of our team.
We would, however, like to clarify a couple of points. Our hotel does not have red-painted corridors, so we believe there may have been a misunderstanding regarding this aspect of your stay. Likewise, the artwork displayed in some areas of the hotel was part of a temporary painting exhibition that we hosted. As with many contemporary art exhibitions, the works reflected a variety of themes and subjects, including some paintings depicting same-sex couples.
At our hotel, we value diversity, inclusion, and artistic expression, and we are proud to provide a welcoming environment for all our guests. We believe that art should celebrate different perspectives and experiences, and we hope our visitors appreciate this open and respectful approach.

The best option for our needs

We went on a family trip and were delighted. From the design of the hotel, modern, artistic, and cozy, to the good treatment from all the staff. In the lobby, they were always friendly, and in the café, they remembered my coffee order. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. I really enjoyed the quality of their products, such as the softness of the body cream.
And they include breakfast, it's delicious!

Room is very minimal and primitive design. Nice amenities. I was traveling for work and would have loved a desk in the room for checking emails/work but not a big deal. Excellent breakfast and very helpful staff.
