First visit, certainly hope to return

Unique surroundings. Very pleasant and hospitable staff, nothing was too much trouble. They truly want you to enjoy your stay with them and we did. Spent New Year with them and they made it special and memorable, we hope to return again soon. Convenient countryside location easy to travel and visit other parts of the island.

A space as unique and charming as it is stifling in summer.

Very unique space, with a lot of charm. Rustic apartments in a quiet setting, with a spectacular pool and very friendly staff. The main problem, especially in the apartments located under the roof, is the lack of air conditioning (there are only ceiling fans). We stayed at Es Soste in early July and it was a real oven. It was very, very difficult to sleep there, with the stifling heat, despite having all the windows in the house open.

Sixth time since 2012 in Sa Casa Rotja

This year we went again to our favourite lodging in the very heart of Mallorca. Now run by Paquita and Caterina, the place has kept its charme and friendliness, the best place to rest but also to reach the major sites of the island within less than an hour. This fantastic lodging is also a very good option ouside of the Summer season, they open the whole year. If you are fond of quiet country lodging, this is your best option!

Lovely and relaxing

We stayed here for a couple of days. We wanted a base to do some cycling and this was the perfect location to explore the area by bike, and a lovely place to return to relax and recover, very peaceful. Room had everything we needed, nice and cool when temperatures outside were mid 30s. Pool was lovely. Hosts were very accommodating and helpful. You would need a car to get here but it’s very close to Sineu with shops and restaurants. Would recommend.

A Christmassy holiday

A beautiful hotel in a very peaceful area of Mallorca. Myself and my family of 16 people stayed for three days over Christmas. The rooms were amazing, comfortable, warm and quiet, we had a large sitting room with fireplace in ours and made use of a very large dinning room with fireplace for entertaining the entire family. Scenic views for admiration and long walks also close to the town of Sineu which is fantastic for food and drinks.
