I'M NOT COMING BACK.

I'm gonna tell you what happened. It's not subjective or something that comes out of my perception.
We arrived at the hotel(booked 2 weeks before).
We ring several times and no one attends to us. At the end we are passed with a telephone switchboard that opens the hotel portal. We got to reception and there's nobody. Suddenly a person speaks to us through a screen and assigns us a room. We arrive at the room and it is unprepared and cleaned.
We go back downstairs and tap the screen to talk remotely to an operator who assigns us another room dicienfonos that is ready. We got upstairs and it's equally upside down and uncleaned.
Due to this we decided to leave the hotel we speak again with another operator to tell her that we renounce the reservation. He tells us that he gives us another one but we told him that he was already decided and that we were leaving. He's telling us they won't pay us back. I tell you, they didn't do their part.
Hotel to forget.

Leave a lot to be desired

The receptionist very good but the hotel we did not like. The first day we were given a room that looked like a julo, with only a window in the bathroom that opened upwards and you could not see anything unless you climbed into the toilet bowl, the bathroom lights did not work, the bed without a headboard and just a plug in the place of the head with which you hit when resting your head on the bed. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired. They changed our room the second day and much better but there was a fan that could not fit more dust at the base of the foot

Black mold, no air circulation, small showers, but friendly staff and nice breakfast area

Black mold! in our room # 219. We had the room booked for 10 days. I developed a cough our second day staying, by the sixth day of our stay, my husband developed a cough that was so bad he couldn't breathe. We did not spend much time in our room other than sleeping, as we were there visiting family. I finally noticed on our sixth day of our stay the black mold in the ceiling. It looked like a shadow at first, because of the recessed edges of the ceiling, but it was the length of the bathroom door, and heavily concentrated. It was midnight when I noticed it, so we did not inform the staff at that time. We slept wearing our masks, that we always wear when traveling. The first thing in the morning, I began packing up the room, while my husband informed the front desk of the situation. They were very surprised and apologetic, and immediately assigned another room. My husband's reaction to the mold severely hampered the remainder of our trip, as he did not have the energy to do all the things his family were planning for us. My cough receded, but my husband's continued, and we went to urgent care when we got back to the States, where he was treated for a bronchial infection, with a steroid shot, antibiotics, and inhaler.
I will also note the bathroom in room 219 was one of those very small chamber-type stall showers, where you can't move, and have to squat to reach soap or shampoo, because there are no shelves in the stall. If you are over 200 lbs, you will have a very hard time taking a shower.
When we were moved into room # 103, the shower was in a full-size bathtub, so I was relieved to be able to move, but the shower door does not seal off the water, so in spite of positioning the shower head to point in the complete opposite direction, we had water flowing out to the floor.
At that point, we only had a few days left of our stay, and I did not want to pack everything up again and move to another room, so we dealt with it.
The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Marta is a gem. The breakfast area is clean and welcoming, with good a nice continental breakfast selection. The location was pretty convenient, just on the edge of town, close to the 24 hour gas station/convenience store. The attached restaurant, Villanueva was very convenient, and accommodating, with great food, and service.

Not recommended for cleaning.

The uncomfortable pillows.
The absolute lack of cleanliness in the room, wardrobes, sheets and towels.
Dirty bathroom cabinet with pegs.
Dirty wardrobe and with traces of dust and dirt. Sheets with scraps of hair. And we detected a dirty towel.
And we found nothing for the pet, having paid for it. And when we claimed they brought us a bed, a drinking trough/feeder and a packet of expired baubles from 1 year ago.
The beds are very comfortable.

Very badly

I canceled the reservation about 10 hours before. At first they told us that there would be no problem with returning the payment, then we spoke to a girl who was very rude and poorly informed about our case and they have not returned our payment. Very bad treatment even future client
