July holidays
A very peaceful place, perfect for people who don’t like crowds or noise. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
We spent a week in a corner room with a sea view, and it was clear that it had recently been renovated. The bed was extremely comfortable.
Before our trip, we had read some reviews from last year that were critical of the food, but our experience was completely different. We were very satisfied. There was something new to try every day, and the restaurant staff were always welcoming and friendly. The drinks at the bars were generous and well made.
The only downside was the intense heat, but of course, that’s not the hotel’s fault.
We are already planning to come back in September!

You will not be disappointed
My third visit to this hotel and it just gets better. The refurb is lovely, rooms have been done well. The coffee machine is a nice touch although I’m not sure about paying for extra pods. Maybe an addition of some drawers and hooks on the wall in the bedroom could be considered. Food was brilliant, plenty of variety and choice. The restaurant now has a fabulous open seating area to sit and gaze over the cove out to sea. I think the best change is the fact the hotel is now adults only, the vibe is so much more relaxed and happy. I met some great people and will definitely booking to return next year.

Horrible experience
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this time I feel I have to.
The hotel itself is very nice, with a pleasant atmosphere and an excellent reception team. The front desk staff were always friendly, professional, and willing to help. That is exactly why the housekeeping was such a huge disappointment.
The cleanliness of the rooms is far below what should be expected from a four-star hotel.
Housekeeping was consistently poor. Glasses were taken away and never replaced. Cups and other essential items were often missing. Tables were left covered with streaks, and sometimes they were not wiped at all. Even after the room had supposedly been cleaned, there was still sand and greasy stains on the floor.
The most disturbing issue was the lack of basic hygiene. It appeared that the same cloth was being used to wipe every surface in the room. This raises serious concerns about hygiene standards and cleanliness.
At one point I asked a housekeeper to come into the room so I could show her the areas that had not been cleaned. I pointed out the streaks on the furniture, the water left on the table, and the places that had simply been ignored. Instead of apologizing or correcting the problem, she looked at me and replied, “So what?” I was genuinely shocked by such an unprofessional attitude.
This was not an isolated incident. The same problems occurred repeatedly throughout our stay.
It is a real shame because the hotel has great potential and the reception staff truly deserve recognition for their excellent service. However, the housekeeping department seriously damages the overall guest experience.
I sincerely hope the hotel management will improve quality control, provide proper training for the housekeeping staff, and ensure that basic hygiene standards are respected. A hotel of this category should offer clean rooms and professional service. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

poor hotel
booked through jet2 holidays half board. big mistake asked the question is the hotel finished when we found out
it was under full renovation
got told they would get back to us never did.
had problems with poor food
only had a couple of nights out of 14 in restaurant
rooms had no where to put your clothes away living out of suitcase
lifts were on and off had to change room after a couple of days electricity went off on 3rd floor
leaks in dining room
broke a crown off my tooth on a pastry fruit with a stone in
got ask if we wanted to upgrade to all inclusive am i glad we said no
nice spot poor quality hotel
complained to rep with a lot of other guests
no change no apologies
had breakfast morning we were leaving
first in when they opened food still cold
such a nice spot lovely restaurants around so if you have booked i would change to room only

Dissapointing
New refurbished, public rooms/bars very smart. Bedrooms very minimal,no draw space, just 2 shelves in wardrobe unit, hanging rail too high for small person., has fancy coffee machine but you have to buy the pods. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast and lunch in the restaurant were fine but dinner was very hit and miss, dishes not very warm and not replenished often
Enough, fabulous location, nice pool area but had to hire pool towels, never had too before in a 4*.
