Good value for money
The view from the room was cute, we had a second floor apartment that overlooked the pool area. There was a few areas in the apartment cleanliness wise that could use some improvement, such as marks on the walls throughout, dried paint on the floors in areas, pretty bad amount of dust under the beds, the draws in the bathroom were a bit dodgy and the shower didn't drain properly and would pool at the bottom, but all-round for an accommodation we only used to sleep and get ready at it was perfect.
The atmosphere around the apartment was nice, we didn't use the pool area (theres no sunbeds or chairs around to chill on) and me personally I didn't make much use of any of the shops around the pool area either besides once but a family member who stayed with did make use of the cafe downstairs most mornings. The lady who worked at the cafe (short hair can't remember name) was lovely, spoke once to her myself and i can agree, it's cash only which we wasn't aware of and she was more than happy to still give drinks and put it on a tab until we could grab some cash out.
I believe there was one instance with a gentleman who worked at the bar area who was apparently quite rude over my family member sitting at the bar chairs outside to smoke but had not bought a drink (was not a problem to use the cafe chairs, and both shops were empty and right next to each other).
It's very much a more local apartment complex for people living out there long-term from what I could tell, I believe I heard both Spanish and Dutch speaking residents and the few we did interact with briefly besides the language barrier appeared sweet and offered small smiles in passing. Not much noise and surprisingly enough you can barely hear the strip either considering how close you are.
All round no complaints and I would definitely recommend

Avoid unless you want to be out of pocket
Before we even got into the apartment, we were charged an extra €30 because our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until around 2:00 a.m. We had already paid around £700 for a five-night stay and effectively lost our first night because it was a late flight. Charging guests extra for these circumstances felt completely unreasonable and left a very poor first impression.
The listing states that every bedroom has a fan, but there were none. It also advertises a hairdryer in the bathroom, but there wasn’t one, so I had to go out and buy one. Free Wi-Fi is also advertised, but there was no Wi-Fi at all, meaning we couldn’t keep in touch with family. We did ask these question to the text number we had.
The cleanliness was completely unacceptable. The amount of dust underneath the bed was disgusting, the shower tray looked as though it was covered in rust, the shower window was filthy, and every window in the apartment was dirty. It simply didn’t feel clean.
The kitchen was poorly equipped. The microwave/toaster combination was confusing to use and there were no instructions. There wasn’t even a bottle opener. Although there was an ironing board, the iron’s power cable was only around 30 cm long, so it didn’t even reach the ironing board, making it virtually impossible to use.
Although the apartments are advertised as non-smoking, there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke throughout the apartment.
We reported these issues to the man who checked us in, but nothing was done to resolve them.
Says 0.7km to beach it’s more like 1.7. There are no sunbeds at pool meaning we had nowhere to lie down
Overall, the apartment was dirty, tired, poorly maintained and did not match what was advertised. For around £700 for five nights, we expected a much higher standard. We left feeling extremely disappointed and would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.
I am actually still here if anyone wants to chat about it.
