great value for money

brilliant value for money. Its a good 3 star. a lot of people complaining seem to expect Porsche for fiat money. Food was great apart from the lamb. Ultra inclusive is over priced for what you get. More than 1 tiny beer in the room fridge would be great.
Things i would recommend changing
Roof bar should be open until 10.
Change the tvs in the room to smart tvs so customers can use things like their own Netflix.
Have someone check hallways to tell the rude ones to shut up in early hours of the morning.
Staff were great, all very helpful. Would definitely stay there again

This hotel spoilt the holiday and should not be classed as a 3 star hotel

1069678617
We have just arrived home from Magic Cristal Park and I really wish I had taken notice of the bad reviews but I honestly didn’t think it could be that bad.
I have stayed in another 3 star hotel in Benidorm and this hotel should not be rated 3 stars.
On arrival, the reception area was total chaos and very slow. We saw an argument as some guests were trying to push in at the lifts.
I paid extra for a balcony but did not get a room with one. I had to then join the long queue again at reception to be told this is not something they offer, despite me paying TUI for one.
A few hours later they found us a room with a balcony but the aircon wasn’t working.
We went out and came back, to be told it was fixed. It wasn’t and the room was unbearably hot.
A maintenance man tried to fix it but couldn’t. We ended up with a portable air conditioning unit for the rest of the week.
Junior, who worked on reception, was helpful however. The rest came across as unfriendly and pretty hostile.
There’s so much wrong with this hotel, it is run down, outdated and needs a deep clean. The shower curtain was hardly attached, the doors onto the balcony were extremely stiff and there was nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom.
I’m not a fussy eater but the food was just about edible. The restaurants are chaotic and depressing. We ate out most days.
The WiFi is non existent and don’t even bother with the lifts.
We took the stairs up to the 7th floor to the pool where there’s not really any sun loungers with shade, especially on the astro turf area.
Drinks were okay but there was never enough staff. Anita was friendly and there was a good choice of drinks.
Just an overall horrible experience and we will never go back. Extremely disappointing.

If you can spare a few extra pounds and do even basic research, you’ll avoid

This hotel might have been stamped as a 3‑star back when flip phones were cutting‑edge, but by today’s standards it deserves a minus‑3‑star prefix. It’s the kind of place you only end up in when every other hotel, hostel, shed, and dog kennel in the region is fully booked. Bottom of the bucket doesn’t even cover it — this is the sludge under the bucket.
The only positive is the location. Everything else is piss poor, outdated, neglected, and borderline insulting to anyone who’s ever stayed in a functioning hotel. The entire building is decades overdue for renovation. Even a polished turd eventually loses its shine, and this one has been left out in the sun far too long, the turd is no longer glossy.
The pool is undercover and no loungers round it. Loungers are available up a set of steps from the pool but no parasols or shade available. I will stress a decent photograpgh (or a number of) can be very deceptive don't buy from pictures.
The bar drinks are passable, but the staffing is a joke. At peak times you’re looking at 15+ minute waits, watching an overwhelmed bartender try to serve a queue that looks like a theme park ride.
“Bar snacks” are two short sessions per day where you help yourself to a box of peanuts or crisps. That’s it, luxury dining for snacks, open boxes where you can catch whatever diseases the person in front has when they decide they cant be bothered and throw the nuts back in the box (common buffet habit too from some untrained humans) obviously that’s their idea of all‑inclusive hospitality.
As for the food, anyone claiming it’s “great” must have a diet consisting of whatever’s cheapest on the bottom shelf. If you think this is good cuisine, you’d probably mistake a tin of Chappie dog food for wagyu steak. Breakfast leftovers are recycled into late‑morning snacks, and the bread is so stale it could be used as construction material for the renovation they clearly can’t afford.
Staff — particularly the restaurant cleaners — are ignorant and dismissive, and they don’t even know their own opening times. That’s not their fault alone; it’s a sign of zero management, no leadership, and absolutely no standards. Whoever is supposed to be in charge clearly has no spine and no interest in correcting the attitude problems on display.
We’ve stayed in hotels all over, and we’re not fooled by the “food for the masses” approach. For some people this might be their dream holiday simply because they’ve reached their destination — but we expect better. Thankfully, there are plenty of decent food and drink options nearby, because this hotel quickly became nothing more than a place to sleep, not the all‑inclusive experience we paid for.
If you can spare a few extra pounds and do even basic research, you’ll avoid a holiday full of regret. This place is wildly overrated, poorly run, and absolutely not worth your money.
Read this review not as a moan culture, but reflective of what's there, extract the good and crap from all reviews and make an informed decision

Disappointed

We are three friends who booked a 5-night all-inclusive holiday through Love Holidays and have just returned home today. Before travelling, I was a little concerned after reading some of the reviews, but I decided to stay positive because no hotel can satisfy every guest. Unfortunately, many of the negative reviews turned out to be accurate.
When we arrived, reception was extremely busy, chaotic, and poorly organised. There were long queues, and some guests were simply jumping ahead of others. At one point, we even witnessed what almost became a fight between two Spanish guests. Check-in was stressful and did not create a good first impression.
The biggest disappointment was the room. When we finally found it, I was genuinely shocked by how small it was. It was barely suitable for one person, yet it contained two single beds and a child’s bed for three adult men who had all paid full price. To make matters worse, the legs of the beds were broken.
We immediately returned to reception and explained that the room was far too small for three adults. We requested a larger room and were told to come back the following morning at 10 a.m. because there would be many check-outs. When we returned as instructed, we were told a larger room would be arranged for us at 2 p.m. However, instead of moving us, two maintenance technicians arrived and simply repaired the broken bed legs before leaving. They spoke very little English and came across as quite rude. Our actual complaint about the room size was completely ignored.
The food was another major disappointment. The selection was poor, and most of the same dishes were repeated every single day. For an all-inclusive hotel, I expected much more variety and quality.
There were a few positives. The hotel itself was very clean, and the housekeeping staff were friendly, hardworking, and helpful throughout our stay. The rooftop area was pleasant, but seating was very limited. The rooftop pool was also extremely small and constantly overcrowded with children. The pool bar was far too small for the number of guests staying at the hotel, meaning there were almost always long queues and it was difficult to get served.
The hotel appears to be very busy and popular, particularly with Spanish guests, who seemed to make up the vast majority of customers during our stay. However, the reception staff seriously need customer service training, as we found them unhelpful and dismissive when dealing with our concerns.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed with this hotel and would not recommend it. The room situation in particular had a major impact on my holiday and left me feeling frustrated and annoyed throughout the stay. I wish I had paid more attention to the negative reviews beforehand because, in my experience, they were largely accurate.

Dear Guest,
Thank you for your detailed feedback regarding your recent 5-night stay. We sincerely apologize that your holiday did not meet your expectations and that you encountered so many frustrations.
We deeply regret the stressful check-in experience and the misunderstanding regarding your room size. While we are glad our maintenance team repaired the beds, we clearly failed to address your primary concern about comfort and space for three adults.
We have also noted your feedback about the all-inclusive buffet variety and the pool bar queues to help us improve our efficiency. On a positive note, we are pleased that you found the hotel clean and appreciated the hard work of our housekeeping team.
Sincerely,
The Hotel Management Team
