Lovely except system to use Toilets
Returned home yesterday.
Hotel was beautiful very friendly staff
A group of us stayed for 2 nights. Really enjoyed it we were 18 to 60+
The only negative problem i had was the toilets.
You needed a key to access the toilets 9 out of 10 times key didnt work so you have to keep asking at the bar to open toilets.. 2 toilets in total for men and women at pool area.
I didnt feel comfortable allowing my girls going into toilets after seeing 4 men entering the toilet area.
Im sure this is to restrict only residents using toilets but its a very bad system
Toilet doors dont lock.. you have to hold the door. Very uncomfortable
The same in the foyer, much nicer toilets but key is still required.. again doesnt work all the time.
This is the reason i wouldnt use the hotel again its a pity because hotel was goregous.

Never returned our change of €23. Bad service
nice location& music however the service was not great. Our food took over 1 hour & we had to reorder twice as it was missed. We gave money to pay for drinks and they never brought back the change (€23). When I highlighted this to staff she never came back with the money- whilst walking past she told us we had to go to the other bar with no explanation or apology. We ended up leaving without our money being returned. Great venue & music but very unfortunate about the service. For this I won’t return.

Beautiful hotel in a great spot.
Just back from this beautiful hotel. Absolutely no complaints.
The rooms are spotless, massive shower area and balcony.
The restaurant was lovely with a varied choice of good food.
The staff are amazing, friendly & helpful.
Special shoutout to Juan, Luis and Dionna who were fun and worked very hard to keep us in cocktails etc.

LET DOWN BY POOL ATTENDANT
Absolutely lovely hotel with very helpful and friendly staff HOWEVER my niece came to visit me for a quick drink at the pool and her 2 year old wanted to paddle in the very empty baby pool. They were confronted by a very arrogant and rude pool attendant who loudly quoted the pool rules which I totally get and understand. This was a 2 year old and could have been dealt with in a much more friendly tone and manner we all
Understand rules are there to be obeyed this man needs urgently to go on a customer relations and communication course and needs to smile occasionally

Human Resources skipped the talent selection class.
I am writing this review knowing that it will probably have no repercussions nor will it provoke any change.
It is an establishment with an ego as big as its history. It was once a benchmark; today, unfortunately, it is a caricature of what it once was.
My experience with some of the staff was very disappointing. Especially with the person in charge of the towel service, whose treatment I found rude, arrogant, and totally inappropriate for an establishment of this category. The feeling was more like a neighborhood argument than a beachfront service.
At the front desk, the impression was no better: gestures of perpetual anger, cold and indifferent treatment, and an absolute lack of service vocation. It gives the impression that Human Resources skipped the talent selection class and, above all, the hospitality one.
In fairness, there are also exceptions worth mentioning: people who understand the meaning of this profession and practice it with politeness, respect, and professionalism. Precisely for that reason, the contrast is even more evident.
No one is asking for homage or bows. One only expects proper treatment from people who honor their profession. Prestige is not inherited or assumed; it is earned every day with the attitude of those who represent the establishment.
