Lovely stay at Vale Suites
Great location, slightly away from the tourist crowds but with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. Felt safe even at night, and access with the code was very easy.
The apartment was spacious and bright in the mornings. Hosts were attentive, and check-in was smooth. Really appreciated the welcome wine. Everything we needed was there, including a coffee machine, and luggage storage was a plus

Great Location and Comfortable Stay, but Water Heater Needs Clarification
We had a pleasant stay at Vale Suites Barcelona, which is in a great location — close to key attractions and easy to get around. We booked a two-bedroom apartment with a terrace, which was spacious and well-equipped for our needs. The terrace was a nice touch, though we didn’t get much use out of it, as it didn’t offer much of a view. Still, the apartment itself was comfortable and met our expectations.
The only issue we encountered was with the water heater. We ran out of hot water in the middle of a shower, which was a bit inconvenient. It turned out that we needed to click the "boost" button after using it so that the water heater would restart and provide hot water again. It would’ve been helpful if the hotel had provided a note about this in the room or during check-in, as it wasn’t clear at first.
Overall, it was a nice stay, and the location, combined with the comfort of the apartment, made it a good choice for our trip. We would recommend it, especially for families or small groups.

Clean and spacious apartment. Reasonable price. Location is great. Can easily walk to most attractions in the city. Several convenience stores located nearby; so, it's easy to stock the fridge with water, snacks, etc... Would definitely recommend

The city at your finger-tips
With the city at your fingertips, the accommodation is spacious, comfortable, and offers reception staff from 9 am to 11 pm. Close to excellent bars, restaurants, and city highlights, and a comfortable walk to Las Ramblas.
Despite its inner city location, it was only an hour from the airport, including check-in, security screening, and immigration.

Aircon not working!
Horrendous experience! We checked in just for 2 nights and yet have to go through another. The air con is on 19 degrees and we are sweating. The staff came in and checked the thermostat wasted 2 hours of our limited time in the apartment and still the aircon doesn't cool. Having paid a premium the least we expect is a cool night with 30 degrees outside! I wouldn't recommend this place.
