Central location! Beatrice, the manager, was friendly and professional. Everything about our stay was great!

The apartment was exactly as pictured and described. Very new and modern with all the conveniences of home. The air conditioning was excellent, a very important feature in July. Shower pressure is very good. Lots of towels, smart TV, dishwasher, washer dryer.
Note the location is on La Rambla, which is undergoing an enormous renovation. So it's noisy and dirty and the sidewalks are crowded due to lack of space to walk. And many taxi drivers won't drive down to drop you off. So it's a great, central location but I would have picked something else if I had known about the street construction. The apartment itself was very quiet though.
On the downside there was an enormous (and I am not exaggerating) bug we found in the apartment. When I told management about it, they responded right away. They came up that day and disposed of it, but didn't seem to do anything to determine if there were others. They said it's from street construction which makes total sense. They also told us to keep our windows closed, but our windows had been closed the entire time, so that wasn't the problem. Also, everyone in the building would have to keep their windows closed. And I noticed the building keeps windows open in the stairwell, so they could be getting in from multiple placed. I would have felt better and probably not included it in the review if they had done something to try kill any other bugs in the apartment/building and acted as if they were actively trying to solve the problem. Instead, we just made sure to keep our luggage and all bags zipped up so that we didn't bring any of these creatures home.
Lastly, except for checking on the bug, we told them we didn't need housekeeping and didn't want anyone coming into the apartment. They came in another time when we weren't there and again on the last day to drop off some creamer and sugar - I am not sure why since we didn't ask for it. We were home and the lady didn't knock. I just heard the door being unlocked and thankfully was dressed.
So overall it's a nice place that could use some customer service and maybe extermination services.

Friendly and professional staff during check-in and check-out. Communicative during our travels also. The location was perfect, directly across the St Josep market, and in the middle of restaurants, shopping, and everything! Highly recommend!

Great little apartment overlooking The Rambla opposite the famous food market and a grocery store next door. It was great having a kitchen with a full size fridge and a washing machine that is also a drier.
Metro is very close as is the Old Gothic part of town.
We had a lovely view of The Rambla and the large doors gave lots of light and fresh air.

Great stay at Rambla 102. The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and the perfect size for my wife and me. The host was super communicative and made everything easy. Location is hard to beat—right in the heart of La Rambla, walking distance to everything, yet surprisingly not too noisy at night. Would definitely stay here again.
