Wonderful Hotel

Yesterday, 7/16, I booked through the website... Two days.....Around 4:30 PM,,
Half an hour later, My Father passed away.... I canceled the reservation, knowing I would lose the money.
Today, 7/17, After the mourning, I arrived at the Hotel, and They charged me!!! Only Today!!
I want to congratulate and THANK the Hotel Manager for His deference. THANK YOU.
The Hotel is Fantastic, well located, exquisite food, clean, fantastic room.
I repeat: Thank you very much.

Super attentive and friendly staff

We had dinner at the gastrobar and the experience was a 10. The menu is very limited but everything was exquisite, the setting spectacular, and the staff in this space super friendly and attentive; they treated us with a lot of affection and were very attentive, especially to our children who at first caused a small incident .
A thousand thanks.
We will return.

Bad.

I went to have breakfast at the Turia hotel. It took them 1:30 to bring us the toast and 15 minutes later they brought the drinks. After all the waiting time they brought all the toast wrong and we had to eat it by force. We asked for a glass of water that they didn't deign to bring us.
The employees were super unpleasant, and they were super distracted.
Once and no more.

This place was one of the cleaner motels I've visited. An older couple runs it and were nice enough to let us check out a little late. I had to wake them with their bell upon first getting in late at night, but was greeted shortly after by the friendly wife and easily checked into my room. It's a short drive to the main town, though there is a grocery store and other amenities across the street. I would recommend staying here if you want a soft bed and very clean room. It runs a little hire than the chain motels likely for that reason, plus the fact that it is in a recreational town.
