Comodidad e calidad

Buena calidad precio. Habitación coqueta, cama cómoda, baño completo ... Amabilidad e simpatía por parte del personal... Muy limpio.
Facil acceso tanto a la pensión como a la habitación mediante códigos.
Bien comunicado para ir a San Sebastián e alrededores con medio de transportes públicos.
Todo un detalle la cestillo con café y bollería. Zona muy tranquila.

Las habitaciones son nuevas, algo pequeñas y la ventana está alta, para bajar la persiana tienes que subir a la cama. Ainara súper amable y pendiente de todo. El precio varía si pagas en efectivo o con tarjeta.

Cuidado con la tarjeta que das en garantía.

La habitación es normalita, pequeña , no tiene ventana , bueno si tiene una especie de batiente opaco .deje en garantía para la reserva una tarjeta de crédito y cual es mi sorpresa un día llego a la habitación y veo que se cobraron la estancia por adelantado sin pedir permiso , ese número de tarjeta era en garantía x la reserva, no para que me cobrase puesto que yo quería pagar en efectivo .me pareció muy mal lo que hicieron me parece que es hasta delictivo .

Ubicación mala ,muy ruidoso , no tiene rest como dice en booking !! Sala de estar mucho que desear !! No volveré nunca más !’ No lo recomiendo !! Habitación muy pequeña .precio caro para lo que ofrece !!

Nos salvaron la noche

Habíamos realizado una reserva en otro hotel y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que no existía! Fue horrible! Eran las 10 de la noche casi todo San Sebastián lleno y sin habitaciones libres hasta que llamamos aquí y nos lo solucionaron, la recepcionista majisima, las habitaciones son pequeñitas pero están limpias y para dormir está bien. Además en frente para desayunar aunque la pensión te deja magdalenas y sobaos, nosotros somos más de tostado, pues justo delante de la rotonda hay una panadería muy buen de precio que tiene una gran variedad de pan. También recomendado!
