Excellent place

Good food, services and prices. The waiter Ciprian was a very good host, careful and positive. Also, the waiting time was perfect even though it was crowded. The place is very nicely arranged, rustic and clean. You have diversity of food, drinks and desserts.

RUN! Incredibly rude and not worth the money!

Avoid using the service of this hotel! The lady at reception is utterly unprofessional, rude and definitely her attire, behaviour are not suitable to a 4 star labelled service/ location. The location small and cozy… maybe a bit too small and feels crowded but for similar pricing you can get much better! Management should definitely look into sending her back to training, despite her claims of being a successful employee for 10 years. If she would be working under my management would definitely be on a PIP. Disgusting and such a bitter taste! This is not a service that I would wish, even to my worst enemy. She is not listening, she is not polite, she is not problem- solving focused but her attitude is over the rough and it’s everything that you would not want for your business. I don’t think I have ever had such an appalling service that managed to take me out of my control and comfort zone as the interaction with this “so called reception manager did”! RUN!

Not as expected

The 2 stars were offered for the pool, which is very clean and suitable both for adults and children, however as regards their food from Nora restaurant was not as expected, moreover I felt sick after eating their salats. I have called one day prior in order to book two beds by the pool but they said that they only had matresses on the grass, 10 minutes after a friend of mine called and they said that in fact they have beds around the pool, maybe they had told they do not because I have children. It was not quite due to the fact that repairs were made around the place, which I do not think is ok on saturday when you want to relax. Also their prices are far to high for what they have to offer. All in all I will not come in the future anymore.

This place is 4 stars, but we stayed in the old part. The room was big with a balcony. But the couch was old and tired. The minibar was noisy. What brought up the 4 star experience was access to the sauna and Jaquzzi. And wonderful receptionist 👌

Nice stay

Great place and nice personnel ! We were rather stressed because there was a wedding exactly the weekend we stayed, but I have to say with windows closed and them moving the area at some point, we slept like a log. Great way of making it happen! Clean and nice done! Good breakfast also!
