Had a fantastic stay here! Phenomenal panoramic view of the town/valley and not too far from the castles if you don't mind a bit of walking. Good wifi & comfortable rooms as well.

Charged us extra for being two people instead of one even though when we looked online it was the exact same price for one vs two people. Said it was the “breakfast fee” (the breakfast was the most mid ever)

A beautiful room with an amazing view

Besides the basic necessities (TV, towels, shower gel, soap), the room is equipped with everything you could need: air conditioning, kettle, coffee machine, refrigerator, which was a big plus for us. Also we had a glass bottle in the room which could be filled with water from the dispenser at any time, another strong point. The room we had is large, comfortable, bright, with 3 huge windows and a large balcony, from where we could admire the amazing view. The girl who greeted us at the reception was very nice and welcoming. The breakfast was rich, and the staff who took care of it were prompt.

At the begining was little confusing as they don’t have 24/7 reception ( as it says in hotels.com) in site ( reception is in a different hotel near by)but the lady tried to reach me several times to let me k ow how to proceed. Then we were able to checking in by calling the number in the door of the hotel. Breakfast was little below average. Staff was really friendly. We were given a bedroom with an amazing view in the 3 rd floor but be aware there is no elevator. Overall was a great stay.
