Very nice accpmodation in the very center of Sibiu

This is a very nice accomodation right in the very center of Sibiu, in Piata Mare. An old building, this has been transformed into a nice accomodation. Personnel was all very nice. Very good report quality-price.

Positive experience.

Great location in the center of the square. The facility is connected to a restaurant convenient for breakfast. Vouchers for public parking in the area are offered.

An accommodation that pleasantly surprised us

We arrived in Sibiu without having any reservation. We found the last available room at Rabbit Hole. We were impressed by the accommodation – extremely clean and modern, well-equipped, in a quiet courtyard. Right in the center, which was perfect for our evening walk and dinner, without needing to move the car. Friendly staff, comfortable beds, varied and very tasty breakfast. We will definitely return!

Great hotel in a great location

The Hotel Rabbit was a real surprise – stylish, super clean and decorated with great attention to detail. The location right on the main square of Sibiu is unbeatable – ideal for discovering the old town on foot. Still quiet and relaxing.
The staff was friendly and accommodating, the breakfast fresh and delicious. A place to feel good – I would come back anytime!

Avoid this place at any cost

You have to be super details oriented and extra alert to tiny little details hidden in between the lines of rooms description so that you can avoid being scammed.
I can tell that my Christmas vacation was totally ruined by the mere sight of the hotel “room” which is ,in fact,more of a hostel room than a hotel room.I made my reservation and made it quite clear through tons of messages to the property that my ultimate request is to have a Christmas market view room and I was so shocked when all I got was a tiny little room that smells awful .While being extremely frustrated and angry that I started sending messages to the owner of the property who didn’t bother to understand my frustration and told me coldly and loudly with a tone of impatience and disgust that it was Christmas and she had to celebrate while my own Christmas was ruined.I made it so clear that I want a room with a Christmas view I don’t understand till now why it wasn’t clear to the owner and the messages still appear on the booking page!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!))
There was no receptionist at check in it was the most horrible stay ever beware of this hotel
We have two daughters that had to move between the rooms outside in the freezing cold weather because the owner didn’t understand my repetitive and constant request to have a room for two adults and two children with a Christmas view.
In short it was a disgusting experience staff didn’t show up no one to speak to in case of emergencies
To end, the breakfast included was so bad the food was freezing the boiled egg was so cold and the appetizers weren’t appealing at all .
The Rabbit hole really stands for its name it is Hole for Rabbits
