Good

Food, accommodation great. The surroundings of the hotel are also good. The only thing I would criticize is the location of the hotel. It is quite a distance but we use the taxi service every time we visit which is good value. Breakfast very poor. We were in the hotel for 5 days and we were bored of the same thing all the time.

Difficult to find anything positive to say.

Perfect if you hate sleep, food, and basic hospitality
Booked for 9 grown men on a motorbike tour. What could go wrong? Apparently, everything.
Check-in was our first treat. The hotel seemed genuinely puzzled that nine men might not want to snuggle up in double beds. Singles? Not a chance – until we coughed up more for the “apartment”, at which point, miracle of miracles, two single beds appeared. Praise be.
Hungry? Thirsty? Don’t be silly. The restaurant and bar were both closed, because of a wedding. A wedding they forgot to mention when we booked. Minor detail.
Said wedding was on the first floor. We were on the fourth. Didn’t matter. The music was so loud we may as well have been in the DJ booth. The floor actually vibrated – lovely touch. When we called reception to ask how long we’d be enjoying this nightclub experience, they casually said, “Oh, easily until 2 or 3am.” Delightful.
To sum up: no beds, no food, no sleep – but hey, who needs those when you’ve got basslines strong enough to rattle your teeth?

disappointing

I booked a room for two adults and a child by phone (2 beds, one matrimonial and one for a child) when I arrived in the room only a double bed, the hot water was cold, at breakfast (breakfast ok) no sanitary rule neither by clients nor by staff.

Very nice hotel

Hotel was great, many facilities and very modern. Although, the only problem was the air conditioning not working properly as it got really warm in the room we stayed. Except that, excellent for price!

Check out at 11 and no minibar

check out is at 11am?? seriously??? and the minibar was empty?? This is not acceptable!
In other words, the hotel looks good, the room was clean. But, again, why the empty minibar?? I always buy stuff from the minibar. And why wake me at 11 40 by calling my room and tell me that the check out is at 11??
