Personal und Service sehr schlecht

Das Zimmer war schön und sauber. Leider ist das Personal dort sehr schlecht. Wir hatten über Booking.com gebucht. Da dort aber gerade mit einer Hochzeit beschäftigt war, wollte man uns abweisen. Und das nach ca. 18h Autofahrt durch D, AUS, HU und Transsylvanien. Wir mussten uns regelrecht reinstreiten.
