A fab little hotel with lovely staff

Nice hotel. Room spacious & very clean. All staff very helpful & friendly. The lift doesn't work so if you struggle with stairs it might be best to ask for a lower room. There's some restaurants close by, one called Kings House was very very nice, we had Sri Lankan food there. Prices of the drinks & breakfast at the hotel is very reasonable. Easy to get ubers & bolt to get around the city, they are very cheap. All in all, a fab stay

Lovely and smily staff. They were wonderful. Room was 3-4 stars room, so really good. I also enjoyed wonderful balinese massage. Bar had a good selection. Thanks.

Aggressive

Awful experience, hotel manager was aggressive and rude and threatening . The rooms was not clean and there was minimum knowledge of the area

Great little hotel

Myself and my husband have just returned from a 4 night stay at this hotel, our first visit to Bucharest.
Very impressed as the customer service by all the staff we met was superb. They went above and beyond for you. Rooms were fine, bed comfortable, free safe, hairdryer, only toiletries were shower gel. Booked through TUI and requested a lower ground, sadly when we arrived our room was on the third floor. However we did manage ok. A young mam carried our case up. We booked room only and paid for breakfast each morning which was very reasonably priced and very good and served to you at your table. We frequently used bolt taxis which were great. Ate at a few different restaurants, Le Bab in the old town was our favourite. We absolutely loved Bucharest one of our now favourite cities in Europe. Saw most of the sights of Bucharest, also did the bear sanctuary, bran castle and brasov, wherever we went it was always lovely to return to this hotel. We would 100% recommended it for a budget hotel with exemplary service.

Friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast. Large clean room at very reasonable price. Lovley courtyard space. Lift was out of order but were in need of the exercise. Great hotel.
