Unexpected but everything was beautiful!
I happened to be there because of transfer, the situation was necessary, we could
not complete the return flight to Vienna.
The company Qatar Airways has made everything perfect that I immediately
Receive. I got food at the Ramada Encore by Wyndham Doha hotel. Hotel very well located, very clean, staff very friendly
and always helpful.

Zero customer service
Very bad service from staff no body listen they don't care been asking for things like toiletries and basic requirements they don't respond ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

The experience at Ramada Encore has been incredible! Rasel's treatment has been great. The facilities are great, the aroma is incredible even more so. We will definitely repeat!

A very good experience, accompanied by an honest and insightful suggestion.
The overall simplicity and modern theme aligned well with our taste. The staff was courteous, responsive, and very supportive.
The food quality was also good. However, the breakfast setup could be improved, as several items were either covered or placed in a way that made access inconvenient. For example, cheese kept in the refrigerator was covered, olives and nuts were placed at an awkward height, and some jars had very tight lids. These factors made it unnecessarily difficult for guests to serve themselves.
The charge for accommodating three people in a single room was equivalent to the cost of two separate rooms. A more appropriate approach would have been to provide two rooms, if a triple-occupancy room was unavailable, or alternatively to offer the single room at a significantly reduced rate.
