Cheap and convenient

I had a fairly early flight so wanted to be near the airport bus stop. This was the cheapest place I could find. It was quiet and comfortable, which is all I wanted. Check in was quick and there is a lift to the rooms. There are no frills, a small kitchenette if you needed it, but it did the basics very well. If I was a tourist to the town and I wanted to spend time around the main square, I don't think I would choose this hotel but for anyone needing transport links - buses or trains, it is perfect. It's also close to two huge shopping centres. I would definitely stay here again.

Double charge for same reservation

I stayed in starter apartments in Wroclaw (in Jan 2024), they double charged us for one week stay just because of poor communication and misunderstanding between booking.com and starter aprtments (the hotel) and now they do not want to solve this mistake, I have to be refunded but bot booking.com and the hotel are simply refusing to do the refund. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
