SATISFIED
In general, I was satisfied! Rooms are beautiful and in a very good condition. Food is tasty. People that work there are helpful. Cleaning service works fine. Although there are some things that could be different. 1st: there isn ’t WiFi connection in the rooms 2nd: in order to change towel, you have to pay which is really bad.

Good day! A huge hello from Dzerzhinsk City ! You probably do not know about our city , but my family and I remember you very well . In the past year we have as much as 2 weeks to live at your hotel. And I can confidently say that it was the best two weeks of the year ! Your hotel has made us the most pleasant experience . We were amazed at the quality of the service , everything was delicious . Staff at the reception deserve separate words . We arrived tired and a bit nervous after a long road. We were placed in the room very quickly and it was very important at the time. The next morning, I personally came to the reception and thanked her for a good meeting , but there was already seated another employee , so I decided to write all my votes in this letter. I also want to thank you for a wonderful room in which we lived. My daughters were ecstatic , not to mention my wife. If not difficult , please send souvenirs with the logo of your hotel . We left the hotel in a hurry and forgot to ask for them at the reception desk . Now my little girl reminded me of this . Eldest daughter even plans to work in the tourism business ))) . Well , I will finish the letter. Thanks again for a great stay . All the best ! I can leave a good review about your hotel . Chciałabym serdecznie podziękować całemu zespołowi hotelu za niezapomniany pobyt, który spędziliśmy u Państwa w Święta. Atmosfera była wyjątkowa – prawdziwie rodzinna i ciepła. Zadbali Państwo o każdy szczegół, co sprawiło, że czuliśmy się jak w domu.
Skorzystaliśmy z wielu udogodnień, takich jak jacuzzi i pokój zabaw, i duzo wiecej, co dodało naszemu pobytowi dodatkowego komfortu i relaksu. Kolacja wigilijna była perfekcyjnie przygotowana – nas było aż 17 osób, przyjechaliśmy z Anglii, Niemiec i Polski, i wszystko było dopięte na ostatni guzik. Pyszne jedzenie, świetna obsługa, a także cudowna świąteczna atmosfera – naprawdę poczuliśmy się jak część wielkiej rodziny.
To nie był nasz pierwszy raz u Państwa, a wręcz przeciwnie – już zarezerwowaliśmy pobyt na przyszły rok! Dziękujemy za stworzenie tak wspaniałej atmosfery i za wszystkie wspólne chwile, które sprawiły, że Święta były wyjątkowe. Chciałam podziękować wszystkim pracownikom za ich ciężką pracę i za to, że każdemu z nas poświęcili tyle uwagi.
Z niecierpliwością czekamy na kolejny pobyt! OLA I ROBERT oraz cala nasz szalona i glosna rodzinka :)

Polecam w 100%. Apartamenty czyste, przestronne, dobrze wyposażone. Kuchnia rewelacyjna. Obsługa na tip top - profesjonalna i bardzo miła. Szczególne podziękowania dla Pani Eweliny. Wrócimy tam z pewnością.

Wycieczka Szkolna
W Krokusie bylem na wycieczce klasowej. Pokoje miło mnie zaskoczyły, bo były w bardzo dobrym stanie jak na pieniądze za pobyt. Budynek jest odnowiony i miło spędziłem w nim czas. Śniadania były dobre. Szwedzki stół. Jedyny minus był taki, że nie można było pić kawy pomimo stania ekspresu do kawy.
