very close to the Adam Małysz Ski Jump

Great hotel with an amazing location! It is situated very close to the Adam Małysz Ski Jump, which is very convenient. The hotel offers a nice SPA area, perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking or skiing. Highly recommended for a stay in Wisła!

Failure to observe nightly rest

We were accommodated at the Hotel Vestina in Malinka from 16 to 19 June 2026. At first, the hotel made a great impression on us. Excellent cuisine and a nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, the last night of our stay was absolutely appalling. At 10:00 PM, when Poland has a "nightly silence", a party started with very loud music from other guests. I called the reception, where I was told that these events are common in the Hotel and it is normal and that the party will end at midnight. However, the music continued. Given that we had room 123, which was directly above the restaurant where the party was taking place, we could not sleep at all. At 1:16 AM, I personally went to the reception to ask for the event to end. There was no one at the reception and when we finally got a receptionist, he told us that the event would continue until 2:00 AM and was permitted by the hotel manager and that the manager would do nothing about it. The party actually ended at 3:00 AM, so we didn't get any sleep. I think the main purpose of the hotel is to stay overnight and no one should be disturbed by loud music late at night. Moreover, the receptionist was not able to ensure peace and quiet.

Very good standard but the details!

Generally, it is a very good hotel. What we liked:
-easy parking
-fast check in
-nice design and equipment, comfy matress, newly furbished room
-cleanliness, great cleaning ladies!
- wellness, 2 jacuzzis, 2 saunas, water available, a room with brine wall (included in price)
- and the best: food! Huge selection of local cuisine, very tasty, just perfect
What we disliked:
- even we paid for better room (cca 20 eur/night surcharge), it was super tiny. Only 20 cm left next to bed on one side, second side was just next to a radiator
-incredible smell from kitchen due to ventilation system under our window (avoid room 324 or better any room in inner courtyard). Sure,it was loud but fortunatelly on until cca 9-10pm
-badly organized wellness, no towels/sheets available. The only option was to rent a bathrobe (20 zloty) that is a non-sense in a sauna. Slippery floor as it gets wet. No temperature regulation in shower (just cold water, so people were avoiding shower before entering the wellness area). Limited privacy as cameras were observing showers partially. Staff did not care and preferred to have loud and annoying discussion among themselves. During 3 visits there was never anybody at reception. But a second day one guy wiped the floor. Only 4 uncomfortable deckchairs in resting area and only 8 lockers for entire hotel. Many guests had no idea how to behave in sauna/jacuzzi - maybe short instructions located near entrance could help.
-majority of staff was unable to speak any other language than polish.
-bar was closed at 6pm (make sure you buy drinks in advance if you want something refreshing after wellness)
-even room was refurbished there were already issues. Bathroom ventilation did not work, the same was one malfunctioned button of flushing toilet. Tap looked alright from outside but we noticed blacks particles coming from inside (like peeled off paint). We decided not to report it in the end as we did not speak polish (no-one would understand us).

Great little gem, stayed for almost a week. The room was brand new and cleaned daily, the staff were amazing, and the food (both breakfast and dinner) were delicious.
