Отель и Кинотеатр

Вежливый портье,вкусный завтрак.Дополнительная парковка во дворе гостиницы за небольшую плату.Прямо в центре города-что очень удобно для туристов.Отель находится в здании кинотеатра и это необычно.Приятно,что посетители гостиницы не шумели и сон наш ничто не нарушало.

Horrible Experience

I am a professor of Economics at Kathmandu University - Nepal I have traveled to Poland for a 58-day visit, expecting to experience its renowned culture and hospitality. My son, a student here with temporary residency, generously gifted me a trip to Augustów and booked a two-night stay at your hotel for September 14th, 2025.
Upon our arrival, however, we were met with nothing but inflexibility and disrespect. The woman at the counter, who arrogantly declared herself the manager, outright refused to give us our room. Despite my son providing his official Karta Pobytu and his Polish student identity card—both perfectly valid documents—she demanded his passport. If something as fundamental as a passport was an absolute requirement, it is an absolute disgrace that this was not stated explicitly on your website. It is a basic, fundamental duty to inform guests of such requirements.
Because of your last-minute, obstinacy, we were left stranded. Forced to simply turn around, take the bus, and return to Białystok. This entire ordeal was not just an inconvenience; it was deeply humiliating and offensive. After weeks of having a wonderful time in this beautiful country, your hotel managed to provide the one and only bitterly unwelcome experience. A truly miserable and disappointing end to what was supposed to be a special gift.

Cockroaches in the bed

In the middle of the night we walked up to cockroaches carolling in the bed and there was a lot of them under the matress. We talked to the guy tho worked in the night shift and he told us that it wasn't the first time and he can't do anything. So we had to go to sleep in our car in 3 o'clock in the morning. we got our money back

tygodniowy pobyt w Augustowie

Pokoje hotelowe znajdują się na piętrze kina Iskra, więc wizytę w tym hotelu można połączyć z seansem filmowym. Czyste, skromne miejsce, polecam na krótkie pobyty. Tydzień to trochę za długo - śniadania stają się nieco monotonne (zamawia się je z krótkiej karty, nie ma bufetu). Dobry stosunek jakości do niewygórowanej ceny.

Хорошая ночлежка.

Неплохой бюджетный отель для ночлега. Чистый, аккуратный. Экономят на отоплении, батарею включили во время заселения. По просьбе выдали чайник с пакетиками чая. Есть место для парковки автомобиля. рекомендую для ночлега.
