⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolute Perfection! A Magical Birthday and Exceptional Hospitality

Our family recently stayed at Okada Manila to celebrate my birthday, and it was hands-down one of the best staycation experiences we have ever had. From the very moment we stepped into the property, we were enveloped in warmth and luxury.
The highlight of our check-in was a phenomenal, unexpected surprise—a complimentary upgrade to an Executive Suite! Since we were traveling with a young kid, this extra space made a world of difference for our comfort.
Every single request we made for our child was handled promptly and with a genuine smile. The level of care extended to families here is truly unmatched.
We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Rhadj for her outstanding hospitality and for making our check-in so memorable. Big thanks also go to the incredible housekeeping and room service staff who assisted us inside our room. They went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met swiftly.

The best hotel experience

It was a great experience. :) i've stayed at Okada before, but did not had the butler services which this time made everything so seamless. Miss Rain is amazing. She made our stay feel more an "at-home" luxury than us feeling we are at a far away hotel. My mom and dad specifically prefer staying at home but this particular hotel stay, they chose to wait out til our check out time :) thank you ms. Rain and thank you Okada!
