Hotel in the middle of the jungle
They arranged rental motorcycles and anything we needed. The only complicated thing was arrival and departure, there are 200 stairs, taxis do not reach the hotel, and you either arrive on foot or by boat along the river.

Misleading advertisement and pictures on their site. Not worth booking!!!
Regarding about a Booking made on the 17th Dec 22 and to stay overnight on 21st Dec 22.
I have attached a picture together with my father in-law leaning on a sign Nut Hut
What we did -
We travelled all the way to "NUT HUT" location.at about after 4pm.
No one was around.
What we saw at the entry of the Stone "Nut Hut" with very steep steps.
I had my wife and her family side including my father and mother in-laws
My father and mother in-law are in their senior years.
Mother in-law has a bad knee and has a hard time walking up steps.
There was no way would have walked up those very steep steps.
My wife, together with my brother in-laws walk down those very seep steps to have a look at the place.
What they saw was no lights on any of the place or anyone around.
We were all very tired after driving around trying to find the place.
We had to stop few times asking locals where the place is.
Not only it was very disappointing to find a place that is in the wilderness, we had to find and search for a place where they can accommodate 8 Adults and 6 kids
The place and picture on your sight is misleading.

Where to start?
This family arrived in Nuts Huts, briefly talked to the staff (yes, there was someone around - and extra staff for this large group too), took a look around down at the bungalows, and then decided not to stay.
As this was a big group, we sent an email - a large group requires a bit more attention and organization - to inform rooms would be ready in time for their arrival, and the recommendation to add one extra room as the beds were far from enough for all adults and children in the group.
Emails before arrival also always point out access road conditions and elegant access options. There was no reply to any of the welcoming emails and on the day itself no phone call or txt to work out the best possible conditions for an elegant welcome.
After announcing to my reception staff they were not going to stay, they left right away. No further communication to me directly either that day.
One day later the 'very disappointed guest' demanded - in rather brusque and unfriendly terms - a refund on the basis of a number of reasons I could not see any point in: nobody around (they talked to the reception staff), misleading pictures on 'their' site (anybody can check there's at least some pictures giving you an idea of 'stairs' in Nuts Huts, and it's an ever recurring popular 'theme' in reviews :)), no buildings to check in (??), no lights (it was 4 pm daylight time),... and a number of some other 'reasons' they felt a refund would be fair.
Considering the long list of invalid reasons and excuses I felt inclined not to grant free cancellation, understandably in this case I would stick to the regular regulations which everyone understands.
Almost immediately, the demand for a refund was followed by this posting, I wouldn't call it a 'review' as they 'didn't get a chance to look or see the place', etc...
As always, we would like to encourage guests to contact us by email or phone, so any accommodation or transportation issues or questions can already be addressed before arrival in Nuts Huts.
