Very nice hotel, Good Coffee Shop.

First time to visit Gen. Santos and booked 2 nights in this beautiful nicely designed boutique hotel. Got a room for single travel very spacious room unlike the business hotel in Japan.
Check in was fast, the coffee shop on the mezzanine was perfect place to hang out for coffee...they have good coffee and food. Breakfast was good with different choices everyday.
Location is at the quiet side of the busy streets around the SM Mall, very convenient to walk to the mall.
Check out was fast and took the free shuttle to airport, it's a big plus for their service.
I will stay with Avior on my future visit.

The value for money was just right — what we paid matched the experience we had. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The food was okay, near to exceptional. One thing we appreciated was the staff — they were all accommodating.
I just noticed one thing in the bathroom: when taking a shower, some water tends to flow out towards the toilet bowl area, which can be a bit inconvenient.
Overall, our experience was very good. No major issues and we felt comfortable during our stay. I’d give it an 8 out of 10.

The room has a small cockroach, hair on the toilet, and dirty linens.
Breakfast has good choices, but taste quality is not good.
