Not a good experience

Galing kami Manila. First time namin sa Dumaguete. Nadismaya kami sa staff kasi my nawawala na gamit namin at humingi kami tulong sa kanila baka pwde makita sa CCTV pero parang wla nmn paki-alam. Saglit lang nka open ung room namin tapos ayun my nawala na. Maganda ang place malinis pero ung mga staff parang nakatambay lang walang paki sa customers.

Unsafe Dormitory Room

While the place is clean and has plenty of rooms, I don’t recommend their dormitory rooms. Some of my belongings went missing, and when I reported it to the front desk, they assured me they would contact the person in charge of the CCTV and keep me updated. However, it’s been over a month with no updates or resolution. The lack of follow-up and security makes the dormitory rooms feel unsafe despite the cleanliness

Great Stay but Security Concerns Need Attention

I really enjoyed my stay...the place is clean, and the internet is excellent. However, I hope the management can be more responsive to concerns regarding the CCTV footage. Unfortunately, some of my belongings, including my reading glasses and Bluetooth headset, went missing, and it seems someone may have tampered with my things
