I never had this terrible customer service. The room wasnt ready. When my brother wanted to leave, they didnt allow him, keeping his luggage. they wanted him to pay the full amount .My brother was insulted on the top of that. Because he asked for hot water, they answered: we dont offer sauna.The breakfast is at 5th floor and NO ELEVATOR. I always stay at Costa Del Sol, but they were full. Costa del Sol is highly recommended. I can’t recommend to anyone Hotel Central. Worse service ever in Trujillo.

The hotel is clean and tidy, but its staff is not friendly at all. You ask them about a laundromat and they don't know. Regarding his breakfast, the egg was unsalted and his papaya juice was unsweetened.

Nice little hotel near center
Great little place tucked away right next to the plaza. Friendly and professional staff, good air conditioning in the summer, hot showers, and breakfast served to your room. Especially good for the price and closeness to the plaza de armas.

Centrally located
Good central location, it’s opposite the hospital and in a street full of optometrists. You feel pretty safe. Also close to the plaza de Armas. Staff were nice and the room was quite big. English channels on the tv too. Close to the hospital so the ambulances are noisy. No lift. Breakfast is brought to your room. They knocked on our door rather than using the phone At 9’pm which is weird.
